As the face of Hat Creek, you would be expected to provide outstanding customer service to all customers. You would be responsible for creating the best customer experience possible by greeting customers with enthusiasm, walking them through the order-taking process, ensuring the order is taken accurately, and meeting any other customer needs that arise. Cashiers also are responsible for busing, cleaning, and maintaining the dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer, following Hat Creek cashier script
• Accurately take customer orders on Point of Sale machine
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure FOH is clean and maintained
• Proper cash handling and register responsibilities
• Completion of checklists
• Provide excellent customer service
