Assistant Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant employees
• Adhere to state health guidelines
• Employee training as needed
• Inventory oversight
• Maintain grounds, inside and outside
• Equipment maintenance
• As needed, open and/or close

Assistant Manager Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required/degree preferred
• At least two years of restaurant experience/fast, casual preferred
• Can calmly and effectively lead a team of employees 
• Able to easily adapt
